The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in plants and gardening, be an excellent communicator, polite and professional, with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities to include:
Providing excellent customer care
Maintaining and watering all plant stock
Creating innovative, inspirational retail displays
General housekeeping and shop floor maintenance
Assisting the team with general duties
This is a full-time position and will include weekend and Bank Holiday working. Please note this is a manual role.

As a fast paced, thriving business the successful candidate will be confident, experienced and have or be studying for an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in catering.
An understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices is a must. An up-to-date Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 is beneficial but not essential as in-house training will be provided.

Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants, upholding Company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of food standards, safety and presentation, and promoting excellence in customer service leading by example.
The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a calm exterior. Previous hospitality management experience is essential.
