An opportunity has arisen to join our lively senior management team, based in Appledore. We are looking for an experienced senior chef to assist our Catering Manager with the daily management of our kitchen teams across the group.
You will be responsible for ensuring our chefs are maintaining and upholding food hygiene standards across the business. Mentoring and guiding our kitchen teams and covering shifts where appropriate. Working alongside the Catering Manager and Head of Marketing to produce cost-effective, accurate specifications for our popular, extensive menu.
The successful candidate must have, as a minimum, 3 years or more, professional kitchen experience, an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in catering and Level 2 Food Hygiene. As well as a demonstrable working knowledge of HACCP and CoSHH.
