A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well presented and informed Plant Area Assistant to join our team at Folkestone Garden Centre on a part time basis.
Grovewell Garden Centres are renowned for excellent, expert customer care and high-quality plants. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in plants, be an excellent communicator, polite and professional, with a keen eye for detail. Previous garden retail
experience is of benefit but not essential.
This role is physically demanding and involves outdoor working in all weathers. Please note this role will include weekend and Bank Holiday working.
Responsibilities to include:
- Providing excellent customer care
- Maintaining and watering all plant stock
- Creating innovative, inspirational retail displays
- General housekeeping and shop floor maintenance
- Assisting the team with general duties
