Terms & Conditions:

1. The Grovewell App is promoted by Grovewell Garden Centres Ltd trading as Tenterden Garden Centre, Canterbury Garden Centre, Folkestone Garden Centre and Hamstreet Garden Centre. 2. Members are only permitted to hold one Grovewell Gold account. We value the integrity of our application and aim to maintain a fair and inclusive environment for all participants. Therefore, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the banning of individuals, who are found to have set up or are using multiple accounts to manipulate or exploit the system. Such actions may result in the forfeiture of any benefits or privileges associated with the accounts in question. We encourage all participants to use their account responsibly and in accordance with the terms and conditions.

3. The Grovewell App can only be used by the member who is named and registered on the app account. Grovewell Garden Centres may refuse an application for any reason and reserve the right to merge or close additional accounts at any time. You must keep us informed of any changes to your personal or membership details. We will not be responsible for any loss of vouchers or benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate. We may, at our discretion, decline to issue, withdraw, or remove member vouchers, or invitations on the app at any time where a member appears to have breached the terms, or behaved in an inappropriate, misleading or abusive manner.

4. Vouchers can only be redeemed by the named member of Grovewell Gold.

5. Grovewell Gold is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club. Offers are not transferable or resaleable.

6. Grovewell Gold vouchers or coupons are valid only for the dates specified and will not be valid after this date.

7. All products and services featured as part of Grovewell Gold are subject to availability and prices in store or online may vary.

8. Vouchers or offers are not exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers and can only be used as explained on the voucher.

9. Promotional coupons or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer in-store unless otherwise stated and can only be used on the products stated, even where alternative products have the equivalent value.

10. Grovewell Gold members will be automatically entered into a regular free prize draw. The winner will be notified in the first week of the month and contacted via their marketing communication preferences. Grovewell's decision is final. Grovewell reserves the right to substitute or withdraw prizes or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control, and to vary the level/value of prizes or benefits at any time and without notification.

11. Particular rewards or offers may have their own particular terms & conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

12. Grovewell Garden Centres reserves the right to cancel Grovewell Gold and any benefits attributed to it at any time, by giving 3 months’ notice. In respect of any unused offers, Grovewell Garden Centres will honour these offers in conjunction with the expiry date of that individual offer.

13. Grovewell Garden Centres reserves the right to substitute offers or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.

14. Grovewell Garden Centres reserves the right to vary the level/value of offers or benefits at any time and without notification.

15. If no transaction occurs in any 12-month period, we may terminate your account at our discretion.

16. Grovewell Garden Centres cannot be held responsible for any loss of vouchers incurred because of out-of-date details or for delayed or undeliverable mail, e-mail, or SMS.

17. Grovewell Garden Centres is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of the app or the inability to receive or redeem vouchers.

18. Nothing in the terms & conditions shall limit or exclude Grovewell Garden Centre’s liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).

19. Grovewell Garden Centres is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the administration of Grovewell Gold and to contact you for the purpose as described in this application.

20. Grovewell Garden Centres adheres to the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
